To download and install SUSI server from binary release #438

SUSI server has been compiled and released as binaries at: http://download.susi.ai/susi_server/ So, let's change our install script, to download and install SUSI server from those binaries, instead of building from source on RPi. By doing this, we can:

Reduce install time.
Reduce image size (won't have to include Gradle and other libraries for building).
