SUSI not crashing anymore after Internet connection is disconnected

Test Passing

currently , the programme doesn't crash anymore and switches over to flite tts when the internet connection is not available, but to check for PocketSphinx I'll have to test it over a monitor and will do it by end of tomorrow.

I am unable to make it switch to flite tts as of now. Can be fixed in the future.
