Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Wake button(on respeaker hat) doesn't work when the device is in the busy state. wake button can be required for example to stop/pause a song. (hotword sensitivity is also lowered in the busy state).

To Reproduce

use wake button while playing a song

Expected behaviour

wake button should work in the busy state
