Actual Behaviour

I am depressed Why do you ask?

Expected Behaviour

Susi needs to have elaborate answers for questions related to moods.

Would you like to work on the issue?

Could you please provide a reference to a skill or pull request?

"added the skill" is not fully clear. Then we could look into it and resolve the blocking bug. Thanx!!
