Added docs + Add to Slack button #21

@mariobehling @sudheesh001 I have added the docs for Slack and organised the entire documentation structure.

In addition, I am also adding a way for users to add Susi for Slack to their teams, namely the "Add to Slack" button. Have done some small code changes for that too on my separate repo which only has the Slack code.

Thank you. I now changed the documentation to /docs to follow best practices and added some info. Cheers.
