Using real time API for slack bot and other bot functions #29

Currently slack bot is using payload and there are facebook and telegram bot function in code also. As telegram and facebook bots are setup now on these reposiotories https://github.com/fossasia/susi_telegrambot

I will setup slack bot using real time slack API it is better than payload and will remove other bot functions from this repository.
