Define and document contributor roles, responsibilities, and benefits

Problem

Contrary to what some folks at Open Collective believe, the community is very difficult for new joiners to navigate, let alone know where to contribute.

Part of the problem is there are no clearly defined contributor roles that would help community members choose their own adventure.

Solution

Create contributor roles based on other existing sources.

• [ ] Analyze other projects, communities, and resources that have clearly defined roles
  • [ ] Drupal - Find your role - provides a thorough/searchable list of roles, skills required, and associated tasks
  • [ ] WordPress Training Team roles - provides a list of roles/responsibilities specific to the WordPress Training Team
  • [ ] WordPress Community Deputies - Community Deputies are a team of people all over the world who review WordCamp and Meetup applications, interview lead organizers, and generally keep things moving at WordCamp Central.
  • [ ] WordPress Community Mentor Roles and Tasks - These roles and tasks are evolving as the WordPress Mentor Program is a new project for the WordPress Community team (see https://make.wordpress.org/community/team-projects/).
  • [ ] Hugh Lashbrooke - Building a Well-Rounded Community Team - As Director of Community at Constatia and formerly a full-time WordPress Community contributor via Automattic, Hugh is a great deal of knowledge and experience when it comes to building sustainable open source communities.
  • [ ] Mautic Community Team - This section of the Mautic Community Handbook provides an outline of roles, tasks, activities, and expectations for community contributors of the Mautic open source project. Considering Ruth Cheesley, Mautic project lead (featured on this informative Sustain podcast), is an active community contributor (for example) making great use of Open Collective platform (for instance projects https://opencollective.com/mautic/updates/introducing-projects-to-manage-budgets-for-initiatives), it would be great if we could collaborate with Ruth in areas that overlap and provide mutual benefit.
