The download link for JoyCon-Driver zip is down. So I re-uploaded in GitHub here.

This app may hang after launching because it is trying to check for latest version which doesn't exist, you need to use antivirus to block internet access for joycon-driver.exe

@fossephate put it at https://github.com/fossephate/JoyCon-Driver/tree/master/joycon-driver/build/Win32/Release for some reason. Not how github is supposed to work, but it's what he did.
