Can't start the exe in a normal way and the update keeps failing

Ok so, I found the exe and can't seem to execute it by clicking on it ? I had to go on command prompt and type the whole file path to do the start cmd and well, it worked. Each time I start it, it also tells me that I need to update, i've done it and restarted the program and the version is still the same, could someone help ? Thanks in advance (btw i'm not very techsavy so forgive me if i've done something wrong) -Carib

Oh nvm I could execute it directly after a while but i'm still having the issue with the update
