Some deprecated and missing dependency libraries for ubuntu users #27

I was trying to setup the project today and found the following problems libtiff4-dev and liblcms1-dev have been deprecated in favour of libtiff5-dev and liblcms2-dev

Also there is missing dependency library to install lxml for these we need to add libxml2-dev and libxslt1-dev

I will be happy to update the ubuntu.apt file accordingly and create a PR.
