I seem to have a tendency to introduce problems by myself but I wanted to report this in case it would be a real issue. I can't use the coverart browser in RB3 (Ubuntu 13.10) as it displays progress bars that won't go away.
I have installed RB 3.0 in a virtual machine with the fossfreedom ppa and the option --rb3 when running the install script.
The terminal does not give me much. There is an error though:
(rhythmbox:2533): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: Custom constructor for class SoupServer returned NULL (which is invalid). Unable to remove object from construction_objects list, so memory was probably just leaked. Please use GInitable instead.
