Artist sort to ignore case #245

Just a small suggestion (or request): can you make the sort in the artist view to be case insensitive? I have a band name that starts with lower "b" and it appears at the very bottom of the list.

I could rename it but this is how they display their name on their albums.

Seems to be working fine now.
