add rhythmbox-plugins to dependency list #274

for the readme add rhythmbox-plugins for the dependency list

It appears that rhythmbox-plugins is no longer installed by default in 14.04.

We need this for the lastfm support - so lets ensure that its a dependency and remember to change the deb in the PPA
