smarter paned guides #335

Lets consider making the vertical and horizontal paned guides (the ones you see when the panes are open/close) a little more smarter.

make the non-highlighted colour disappear after the plugin has been enabled 5 times - the thought here is that the user would have learned that these hidden panes exist.
