Right now when I activate small window mode the window minifies to a random position, which moves the window around unnecessarily. I usually tend to locate it at the upper edge and I think it should be minified towards the upper-left corner.
Similar, when the window is made normal again, it should grow from the upper-left corner, again avoiding unnecessary movement.
