foot on trunk with explicit foot=yes (or sidewalk or verge != none) #5

Similar to issue #4 but for foot routing.

Not sure whether regional defaults are supported, but foot=yes is the default for trunk in the UK (for example), and not routing via trunk makes the foot profile often useless in the UK when walking in the country or trying to cross a town divided by a trunk road.

The same issue exists for bicycles.

This is a problem in several countries actually... Makes this unusable for foot and bicycle.

There seems to be some work ongoing in https://github.com/Project-OSRM/osrm-backend/pull/7013
