Updating informations regarding servers #23

  1. I deleted the file server.html. I could not find a link to server.html on the website openstreetmap.de. But you can find the page server.html page via google.
  2. I entered a link to the wiki regarding the server information in faq.html.

Here I read that the information I have deleted is outdated: https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=62403
