Integrate Coal into country snapshot graph

Give time estimate to have coal added to the oil and gas in historic snapshot and future trend predictions until 2040. Note: this would be easier if we had decided we could rebase all country level FF projections on 2020 Production Gap report (need to research).

• [x] Add in the top graph as well
• [ ] For Trend future production data use the last coal production year in source data, and keep it constant going forward.

Handle future coal reserves - Add a database trend for goal that is stable. Goal production per year = current production.
