124: Added translations to csv downloader data #131

Is there something more that needs to be done in this ticket? It takes all properties defined in datas and add the prefix of csv_key_ to them. Keys named csv_key_${property_key} are uploaded with English translation to POEditor.

Might be missing:

Translations of values (e.g. oil and gas)
Translation of file name?

Also, @JesperWe can you push your format configuration into the repository so we have a unified format?

Could I see a couple of examples? I just went on the dev site and pulled a csv file but could not find the terms you have added in the PO Editor.
