1 - Only alternate years displaying 2 - Download button inactive 3 - Link not going to Dataset link 4 - Change "Historic Production" to "Emissions from Historic Production" 5 - Country name should be repeated, and label changed to "Historic Emissions" 6 - Information note links against oil, gas and coal should be removed.

@OpenOilUG status for today: 1,3,4,5,6 - done @OlegKozlovskui 4 not done as far as i can see (1309_1136) 2 - button was hidden for now
