Largest fossil fuel projects on country page: numbers wrong #193

All calculations for emissions in largest fields on the country page are wrong - and I cannot determine the basis of the error. Always too high but not apparently by constant amount (which would imply simple factor error)

E.g.

@niklaserik Example check: Halfdan project correctly shows 6.53 million tons pa https://fossilfuelregistry-v2-kb3l6.ondigitalocean.app/project/2261 But Halfdan is shown on Denmark country page https://fossilfuelregistry-v2-kb3l6.ondigitalocean.app/country/dk at 877.96 million tons
