Test compliance of Static Emissions Model with DB logic #20

Emissions_Snapshot_Model_210907_1310.xlsx Updated static emissions model with country level 2018 snapshot. Conversion table mapped in General Inputs sheet. I suggest we discuss way to ensure the logic is matching.

Updated static emissions model with two new factors to be integrated into database logic: oil non-fuel use ratio of 12% and gas non fuel use of 3%. Lines 316 and 317 (marked in red in General Imputs sheet). For how they are integrated into calculations, yee OilCalcs and GasCalcs sheet - for Scope 3, volume is reduced by (1- non fuel use ratio). Updated model with country-specific gas upstream estimates is now out at audit with F1F9. We will wait until we have audited Excel, then re-run the reconciliation with the logic in the database against it.
