Add or update pop up windows to following:

[ ] production and reserves graphs
[ ] historic co2e emissions
[ ] production scenario emissions
[ ] replace icons for different fossil fuels with graphicised words in "on-off switch" as below

Use similar technique to replace icons with "oil" "gas" "coal" which has greyed out and full colour to indicate if it is included or excluded.
