CO2 Forecast graphs not continuous #93

CO2 Forecast graphs are not continuous / there are gaps in graph data. I fully understand that this is a complicated data and modeling issue that will probably not get solved in a more rigorous way in the next weeks. Potential short term fix explaining data integrity issues somewhere on graph / site.
