spawn structures

im thinking probably have a 30% chance every 4x4 superchunk of spawning a structure of some kind, and then picking the structure and building from there

i need to figure out how to save multiple structures without doing a ton of manual work to build it all, but ill figure that out once i read into how the trees got generated

I've done trees so far and transitioned to a multipass generator so structures should be possible as an additional pass on the generator

Not quite sure how to do larger structures properly but for now we should be able to do simple smaller structures easily, and we might have to leave larger structures for a post-game jam update
