Drop support for `aeson` < 2 #28

See https://github.com/lens/lens-aeson/pull/41 for what the fix would look like. I'll wait for both these PRs to be merged to begin work on this.

OK, lens-aeson has dropped all support for aeson < 2. Changing this ticket to parallel that.
