Fixed the scheduleAnalysis request in jobs file https://github.com/fossology/FOSSologyUI/pull/46#discussion_r662108589

Changes

Moved the scheduleAnalysis route in jobs object.
Shifted the scheduleAnalysis function in api/jobs and services/jobs.
Fixed all the uploads.
