Added Dutch translations. #27

I've added all Dutch translations.
My editor automatically removed spaces on empty lines in ChangeLanguageViewController.swift. Feel free to undo that.
Changed language label 'Deutsche' to 'Deutsch'.
Language label 'Polskie' should probably be changed to 'Polski', but I'm not 100% sure. So, I didn't change that.
Language code 'nl' for Dutch is probably correct, but I didn't test the app after I made the changes.

Thanks for fixes and Dutch translations. Your pull request for Dutch language was added to Xcode project. We added it to the app and used your localization file for 3.1.1 version.
