Misc updates for PPS-2021.
1) MODIS include channel 29 for PPS always 2) Rase exception for hrpt format that is not supported by satpy (lat/lon is mostly zero). 3) Set cold values < 1K to nodata for IR channles on MERSI-2 4) Inlcude engine kwarg also for METimage
