Anti-Cheat plugin/library.

Make an efficient and effective anti cheat system provided by default, implemented as a C# plugin/library.

A lot of the following features are already implemented in this plugin for Magma.
Log/Kick/Ban people with no steam profile, disabled steam profile, only one game (rust), and people who are sharing Rust. Check out steamprofiler plugin for Oxide. Check out VAC Kicker plugin for Oxide.
Log/Kick/Ban people with invalid characters in names, special names (Rust, Oxide, Magma, SERVER CONSOLE, etc), and duplicate names. Check out FixYourName plugin for Oxide.
Log/Kick/Ban people who speedhack. Check out AzuCheat plugin for Oxide.
Log/Kick for/Ban for/Disable building foundations (pillars) on top of sleeping bags (primarily) and other objects. Check out R-Remover plugin for Oxide and also this.
Log/Kick for/Ban for/Disable spawning inside rocks.
Log/Kick for/Ban for/Disable building multiple ramps in one place. Check out this plugin for Magma.
Log/Kick for/Ban for/Disable jumping using wooden gates.
Log/Kick for/Ban for/Disable building a furnace underneath yourself.
Keep statistics for body part hits/kills for all players. Could be possibly used to identify aimbotters. Check out this plugin for Magma.
