This PR does the following

• improved main README:
  • added writeup on megablocks plugin.
  • improved usage instructions with more prescription to how to get sample configs and sft_trainer arguments.
• added into accelerated-peft README that triton_v2 not properly integrated into HF
• added sample-configurations README.
• improvements to the benchmarks.
• CSV benchmarks for baselines and accelerated peft.
• improve the CLI docstrings.
