[feature] Add `<code>` tag to inky #49

This would be a hot feature: Add a <code> component tag to Inky that changes < to &lt; and adds syntax highlighting.

Does anyone know of a library that can handle the syntax highlighting? Or how would the character conversion happen?

Built into Panini - which is in this stack - so not needed
