Improve the standard installation instructions, improve the Meteor README design and update Meteor installation instructions.

Changes in `README.md`:

Add missing codeblock types
Improve notice about Autoprefixer requirement
Use absolute paths for links to documentation

Changes in `meteor-README.md`:

Add Motion UI logo and "quick links" menu
Add status badges
Use the new package description like in README.md
Update and improve installation instructions
