Update dependecies with security vunerabilities #183

This applies the fixes suggested by npm audit to update dependencies due to security vunerabilities.

It also updates the test command as per this deprication notice: https://github.com/mochajs/mocha/wiki/compilers-deprecation

Sorry, I had only run npm test locally with node 6 - I'll try to get it working with 0.12 up submit again if I can.
