Remove Blocks additions that are in BlocksKit #40

https://github.com/zwaldowski/BlocksKit is way more awesome than our half baked copy of it. (For which IIRC I was responsible. Mea culpa.)

I suggest we either vendor BlocksKit or just strongly suggest that people use it.

I assume it's safe to delete the block additions as nobody responds, right? @MSch shall we remove all of them or did you add some that are not present in BlocksKit?
