As a student/moderator/mentor I want to view names of chat room participants So that I know who is in the chat room

Includes:

Navigation bar at one side of page, and inside that...
Title for ‘Online Users’
Subtitle for ‘Mentor’
List item(s) for name of mentor in the chatroom
Subtitle for ‘Moderators’
List item(s) for names of moderators in the chat room
Subtitle for ‘Students’
List item(s) for names of students in the chat room
