Using this boilerplate branch, a client sides comms module needs to be implemented (and tested), so that;

This WebRTC module (class) can interact with our client side Comms class
Appends all relevant handlers for establishing WebRTC
Interacts with corresponding video elements in the view
Works via https (server certs required)
Messages are signalled correctly on server side to corresponding sockets.

Final PR with include

WebRTC Comms class only (webrtc.js file)
