Work on the chat.hbs partial (that is injected into the main view)

After #57 is complete, the chat module should be put into action by working with the chat.hbs partial.

It should include;

Messaging Section

• A container (div?) to hold message container
• A container to hold the messages (which would be rendered as

  elements?)

• A form with input element, and button to submit a message

Live Users Section

• A container (div?) to hold live users container
• Three containers inside, that hold Mentors list, Moderator list, and Student list
• (each container) holds a heading element (e.g. '\

  Mentors\

  ')
• (each container) holds an unordered list (\
  )
  • (each unordered list) will be empty for now, but will holds \
  • items with names of users
