Add home view #65

Additional Notes

Commented out the home.js route here and used a testing route to demonstrate injecting the view (will reformat this to it's original state after review/before merge)
Added a temporary layout file again for testing (and loading css, material icons)
Added a fileServe route in the server to deal with serving static assets

It's pretty difficult to review this (and for you guys to review my PRs) and have confidence that this all works together, when we don't have any tests, and we can't even click through the site without the create.hbs having been made first.

Not a criticism of you, @njsfield , or this beautiful code! Just a big lesson for all of us and @esraajb for the next project :+1:
