How much time; starting when; doing what?

• We currently run a one-hour mock interview session on Tuesdays, which we didn't do for previous cohorts, and which have been pretty successful. We need to decide whether to continue with these or do something else;
• For FAC20, we had an employment curriculum and in the latter half of the course a good chunk of Wednesday afternoons were given over to it;
• For FAC22, we are aiming for the majority of the cohort to be on apprenticeships, so what we do for FAC21 may not be repeated;
• It may make sense to give over Wednesday afternoons to employment prep from Week 10, using the FAC20 outline as a basis. Meanwhile, apprentices could perhaps be lined up to do some induction days with their employers;
• We could also perhaps offer a couple of intensive days in the week after the end of the programme.

We can perhaps forget twitter and personal websites for now and focus on 1) LinkedIn; 2) CVs; and 3) Interview practice in Weeks 6, 7, 8, and then consider carving out a couple of hours at the end of the day on Wednesdays for Weeks 10, 11 and 12, like we did for FAC20.
