FAC22 will finish up in January and we might like to restart the post-course learning days as they get started on their apprenticeships.

We can consider the feedback from FAC21. We might like to run days for all apprentices (and alumni?) to learn.

An initial suggestion:

Learning days once every two weeks
Alternate between a topic and coordinated self-study
More experienced apprentices are encouraged to present a topic for the day (e.g. Svelte, Typescript...)

Announcing the expectations for apprentices to deliver a workshop in Term 3 could be better presented early in conversations with employers.

We might like to check-in with everyone on FAC22 before we start these. (@Albadylic to arrange these).

We don't have leftover training hours for FAC22, as we did for FAC21. We have 15 days leftover, on top of mentoring week. Mostly these will be spent at EPA.

We don't need to offer the extra days but once we're ready with EPA, we could offer to support ongoing learning for FAC22 [apprentices].

Less of a need for deliberate learning days
Focus on regular catch-ups with apprentices
Focus on preparing for EPA towards the end of the apprenticeship (bringing the cohort together for this)
