Experiment with GitHub Classroom

We are considering using this to track learner progress across workshops

@oliverjam to make a test template repo for Server Week

To make this process easier we might want to combine the majority of our shorter workshops into a single "super workshop" for each topic. This would allow us to have a single template repo for the work learners must complete each week.

The main downside I can see to this is that building upon previous work step by step requires people to finish each one with the right answer. If they mess up a previous step they may struggle with subsequent ones.

Each week now has an associated "Challenge" to accompany the more walthrough-y learning resource.

These challenges are "template" repos on GitHub, and have associated unit tests for each section. This means they can directly be used with GitHub Classroom—someone would just need to set that up and assign the challenges to the cohort members. GH Classroom should be able to run the tests and update the dashboard with each member's progress.

I'm going to un-assign myself since this is something that probs needs to be done by the CF or other internal team member.
