Some changes to the tfb content pages and to the schedule to match these changes

One quick note:

For week 8, on the 'tech for better' section you've updated with "No TFB", which is fine, but on the schedule we have an hour and half of tech for better listed still. I think we had decided to have that on week 7 for selection but not week 8?

Everything else looks fine 👌
