Recover files lost in recent PR #951

We lost a lot of files in https://github.com/foundersandcoders/coursebook/pull/938.

Could we please merge them back in at some point?

It might be nice to recover the old coursebook navigation, too, so we can preserve the wonderful work done by @oliverjam.

Or, alternatively, create a new branch based on some earlier version of the coursebook.
