React workshop TypeScript update

I've updated the React workshop to use TS.

• [x] Link to the React-TS Vite playground
• [x] Update all syntax highlighting to TS/TSX
• [x] Add sections on defining types for components, state and effects
• [x] Remove intro to ES Modules as discussed (they should have used these loads by this point)
