I want to share my RCADS results with my clinician #7

I want to be able to send my RCADS results to my clinician.

How does the clinician number appear in the email? Have tried it and cannot see the clinician code appearing.

The clinician number is currently not used at all. We added it to allow a feature where a large change in score would trigger a prompt to call your clinician, but as we discussed, we didn't have time to implement that part.

OK, I see. As soon as is possible , then it would be useful to have it used as the addressee name in teh shared email. I introduced the app to my servcie this morning. It was very well received, btu some luddites were concerned at giving their email address to all their clients. We thought we woudl use a single email address as a drop-off box, which would also simplify the registration rpocess at your end. It would help if we could easily redirect (possibly with an outlook rule) tothe relevant clinician. Ie an allocate a number to each clinician, whcih would then appear in all the emails and be so used. What do you think?

I can add the clinician number into the subject line. Will that make it relatively straighforward for you to filter? It will read:

RCADS data from <user_name> for clinician: <clinician_number>

Hi Elias, Please can you register THRCADS@elft.nhs.uk and RcadsCH@nhs.net

as clinician email addresses for receipt of completed forms.

@daviesr THRCADS@elft.nhs.uk was already added to the list. I've added RcadsCH@nhs.net.

Be aware we are currently at the limit. Any further registrations will require me to unregister someone else.

Also, note that I can't see that any e-mails have actually been sent. Is this feature even being used?
