Right now, it seems like all the discussions are around small improvements and efficiencies that will make the process a little easier, which is great.
But I was really hoping for a root-and-branch nothing-is-sacred blue-sky radical reevaluation of the event - see #4 - rather than tinkering at the edges
By my count, we're about to do our 50th (!!!) C4E - that has to be more than 400 man-hours. Imagine what we could have done for FAC in 400 hours! Plus C4W on top of that!
Now, I'm not saying these aren't worthwhile activities for us to be doing, but at the moment we're just doing them - not thinking about how to get the most out of them strategically. I think Coding for someone might end up being better than Coding for everyone
