UPDATE - V1 finished?

Been open for a day or so now, and I've added all the changes people have requested. In the interest of getting a CONTRIBUTING.md file to prevent this becoming a wild west of recipes, I think we should try to get this merged relatively quickly.

Once reviews are through can a maintainer then merge 👍 🥘 🌮 🍕 🍔 🎉 🍰

I guess can be merged once the majority of people have had a chance to comment and review

@shiryz waiting for your review! re: servings, I think people can totally add a servings badge if they like, or a line about servings, whichever they feel is appropriate
