Does Nazareth Recipes need a main-course coordinator? #34

Duties would include:

Ensuring there are sufficient chefs signed up for each week, and finding sufficient cover if necessary
Ensuring chefs are suitably prepared on nights on which they are signed up to cook
Helping to engage experienced alumni in the recipe review process

Please share your thoughts or other suggested duties.

Would this be a full time or part time role?

I think Nazareth recipes could do with some concentrated support and organisation, but would a full time coordinator have too much sway over the direction and personality of Nazareth recipes?
