I've created the MVP build of an anonymous review app. It generates GitHub badges like the following that any GitHub user can click on to leave an anonymous rating:
It's a little buggy at the mo (takes a while to recache, etc.) and I'm not sure how well a competitive rating app fits with NazRec values, but thought I'd raise it for discussion. I know in the past there has been debate about the level of reception on certain recipes.
